Fig: biology. I'm reading Matt Ridley's Genome. I love genetics, biology, learning about evolution and natural history, especially immunology and contagious disease. Does anyone have any book recommendations? Also, I love Discover's "Vital Signs" column, which is a medical diagnosis mystery solved in two pages. I have yet to encounter anything else in this delicious genre. Does anyone know of anything?
